FACE Repeal Act advances but still needs support in Congress
As I explained in my alert, H.R. 589, the FACE Act Repeal Act of 2025 was approved by the House Judiciary Committee this week and will proceed to the full House for a vote. The 1994 FACE law has been used against pro-lifers, most egregiously by the Biden administration in the last few years.
The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, or FACE, restricts the First Amendment right of pro-life Americans to protest legal child killing at abortion businesses, and to intervene to save lives and provide alternatives to abortion.
It’s time to stop giving special treatment to businesses that profit from the death of the unborn and to give all Americans back their rights to save lives.
Let’s call every member of the House to express support for H.R. 589 when it comes up for a vote.
