On May 10, 2023 Pro-lifers in Ohio attend a Decline to Sign Rally at the state capital in Columbus. They hope to urge state residents not to sign a petition to get an amendment on the ballot this November to enshrine abortion rights in the state constitution. Also, state legislators today voted on a bill to require 60% support in the state Legislature to pass ballot initiatives, rather than the simple majority currently required.
