TITUSVILLE, FL -- Priests for Life National Director Frank Pavone today thanked Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen for signing an executive order to defund abortion sellers in his state.
“This is another fruit of the Big Beautiful Bill on the federal level that removed Planned Parenthood from Medicaid reimbursement for a year, and the Supreme Court decision Medina vs. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic in June that upheld the rights of states to divert money away from Planned Parenthood and other abortion businesses,” Pavone said.
“We’re going to see many more states doing this and I want to encourage everyone to encourage your lawmakers to make sure that your money doesn’t pay for abortion.”
