WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Planned Parenthood killed more babies in abortion than ever before in the last fiscal year while receiving U.S. taxpayer dollars.
To protest both the slaughter of the innocents and the appropriation of Americans’ hard-earned money to aid in this crime, Priests for Life will organize a demonstration Jan. 23 in front of Planned Parenthood’s killing center in Washington, D.C.
This year’s peaceful and prayerful protest will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. outside the Planned Parenthood at 1225 4th St. NE.
“As Planned Parenthood’s most recent annual report demonstrates clearly, the organization is an abortion seller and not much else,” said Father Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life. “We need to spread the message that Planned Parenthood is synonymous with abortion so that people know what their tax dollars are funding, and finally demand an end to this flow of blood money.”
Other leaders who will speak at the protest include Priests for Life Executive Director Janet Morana and Youth Director Bryan Kemper; former abortion worker Sue Thayer, women and men from the Silent No More Awareness Campaign, and leaders of other pro-life organizations.
The event will be live-streamed and can be seen on Priests for Life’s online broadcast channel www.EndAbortion.TV and the various social media and internet video platforms linked from there.

Priests for Life (www.EndAbortion.US) is the world’s largest Catholic pro-life organization dedicated exclusively to ending abortion.
Pro-life efforts are working. The abortion rate in America is the lowest it has been since Roe v. Wade and in recent years states have passed more than 400 laws to protect the unborn. The number of freestanding abortion clinics in the U.S. has dropped from 2179 in 1991 down to 710 today, and President Trump has placed 187 (and counting) pro-life judges on the federal bench.
