TITUSVILLE, FL – Father Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, issued the following statement regarding the federal Department of Justice suing Idaho over its abortion law.
“The Supreme Court said in Dobbs that laws passed by the states on abortion should have a ‘strong presumption of validity.’ Maybe the DOJ should follow that line of thought and not be so quick to find ways to kill more babies.
“This is not about enforcing the law or caring for women,” Father Pavone said. “It is about abortion extremism.”
