Priests for Life and the National Pro-Life Religious Council will co-host the 28th annual National Prayer Service on Friday, Jan. 20, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C.
Held annually on the morning of the March for Life, the interdenominational service will pay tribute to the pioneers of the pregnancy help movement. This is particularly appropriate given the attacks launched against the pregnancy centers, physically and legally, since the Dobbs decision.
The honorees include:
Priests for Life National Director Frank Pavone will give the keynote address. Christian recording artist Mike Donehey will perform. A Catholic Mass will start the day at 7:30 a.m. Life Issues Institute and the National Institute of Family and Life Advocates are co-sponsoring the event.
Constitution Hall is at 1776 D St NW.
