Priests for Life National Director Frank Pavone is one of the national leaders in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, today to join with pro-life people from across the Commonwealth to March for Life.
“One of the things on the minds of pro-life people here is the important state Supreme Court election on Nov. 7,” Pavone said. “Pro-lifers are supporting Carolyn Carluccio, whose victory would bring the Court from a 4-2 Democrat majority to a 4-3 majority.
The court has been considering for a long time the question of whether the state constitution provides any right to abortion.”
Also present at today’s march will be members of the Silent No More Awareness Campaign, a joint project of Priests for Life and the Pennsylvania-based Anglicans for Life. Also, based in Pennsylvania is Rachel’s Vineyard, a ministry of Priests for Life. Rachel’s Vineyard maintains the largest search engine in the world to find healing after abortion.
“These voices are crucial in all these marches for life,” Pavone said, “as those who have experienced abortion speak out about its pain and devastation, and about the healing that can be found in Jesus Christ.”
