HOW THE 55 DEMOCRAT CATHOLIC REPRESENTATIVES WHO SIGNED A “STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLES” VOTED ON PARTIAL-BIRTH ABORTION.

Almost two thirds (60%) of the signers of the Statement voted “No” on passage of the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act both on June 6, 2003 (House Roll Call 242 on HR 760) and on October 2, 2003 (House Roll Call 530 on S.3 – the version that President Bush signed into law).
