Urge the Senate to withdraw FDA approval of abortion drug

As I said in my alert, U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley, a Republican from Missouri, this week introduced the Safeguarding Women from Chemical Abortion Act, calling for the FDA to withdraw its approval of the deadly chemical abortion drug mifepristone, and setting up a path for mothers harmed by the drug to sue the manufacturers.

This bill would save babies’ lives by ending the practice of having abortion pills sent through the mail, even into states where babies are protected from abortion. And it would save mothers the pain and trauma of this terrible “choice.”

It is so important that every senator - Republican and Democrat - hears from his or her pro-life constituents that they expect support for this life-saving bill. I will be delivering the same message to my senators.

Thank you so much for being willing to call your senators and for joining me in this important project.
