Ask your US Representatives and Senators
to Protect Your Votes Jan. 6
December 21, 2020
The authority to resolve any election disputes ultimately resides with the United States Congress.
So today, I’m asking that you call your Representative and two US Senators and urge them to again examine the evidence of fraud and irregularities in the 2020 election and register their objections on Wednesday,
(This, of course, applies to those who will be in the 117th Congress. So if your Representative or Senator is not returning to office in January, we’ll need you to contact the incoming member. Also, this message is to encourage the Republican members of the House and Senate. If you’re represented by a Democrat, however, you should also let them know your position.)
Now I would normally not send you a message like this so close to the Christmas-New Year celebrations. People are busy celebrating the holidays, and government officials and their staff are harder to reach.
But this year we have no choice. Major decisions will be made January 6th and we have to get the momentum going now!
The Democrat party and its collaborators in the media have glossed over all the election irregularities – including outright fraud – and have declared Joe Biden the winner of the presidential election.
But to them I say, not so fast!
There are major issues to be resolved and I need your help to ensure these issues are not ignored.
As you know, the Electoral College met in all 50 states on Monday, Dec. 14, to cast their ballots. Now those ballots will be sent to Congress, which will meet on Jan. 6 to count them.
I am asking you to contact your representative in the House and both of your U.S. Senators and insist – politely and respectfully – that they carefully review the evidence that has come out of states like Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.
This evidence throws the election outcome into serious doubt, and if there’s doubt about the results in a state, they should not accept those electoral votes for Biden.
There is a legal procedure for them to do this. A House member – from any state, not just the ones with obvious fraud – must submit a challenge in writing about the states whose electoral votes they dispute. Then a US Senator – again, from any state, needs to join in that objection.
Once an objection to a state’s results is heard from a member of each house of Congress, senators and representatives will meet separately to debate and then vote on whether to disqualify that state’s votes. Both the House, currently held hostage by the Democrats, and the Republican-led Senate would have to agree to reject a state’s electoral votes.
Most in the House and Senate don’t want to do this.
But that’s where you come in. After all, they work for you!
We all have to get involved and speak up. If members of Congress hears from hundreds, or better yet, thousands, of constituents, they might be persuaded to rethink the issue.
Now remember, this is not about denying anyone’s votes or “stealing the election from the people.”
It’s about just the opposite – protecting the votes of the people from being cancelled out by fraudulent or illegal votes.
Since the Nov. 3 election, the courts where challenges have been filed - including the Supreme Court – have mostly ruled on procedural grounds rather than on the merits of the complaints, leaving the questions that prompted the cases unanswered. For instance, the Supreme Court said Texas does not have standing to challenge the way another state conducts its elections, but that did not answer the question of whether the defendant states acted Constitutionally when they changed deadlines or ballot security requirements without the involvement of the state legislatures. This is an important question that requires an answer, and it affects the outcome of the election.
Likewise, the questions raised in the hearings conducted before legislators in Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia and Michigan have not been answered. Why were vote counts stopped in the middle of the night and observers thrown out? Where did ballots come from that had no signature verification or application for a mail-in ballot?
The American people deserve to know the truth about this election. That’s why it’s so important for you to get in touch with your House member and both of your senators.

Please act today, and please pass along this email to as many others you know who may be interested.
