Tell us why you are pro-life
February 22, 2022
Dear Friends,
Why are you pro-life?
Some people are pro-life from their birth; others come to it later in life. Some believe in the “right to choose” until they see their own child on an ultrasound screen or until they hold that baby for the first time. Some become pro-life through persuasive argument or by seeing pictures of aborted babies. Others have a change of heart after having an abortion, or working in an abortion business.
For me, the March for Life in 1976 stirred my interest, as a teenager, in the abortion issue and the pro-life movement. Alarms went off in my mind and only got louder as I read more about the topic and began participating in other pro-life activities.
What is your reason for being pro-life?
You can be as brief as you like. It may only be a word, a phrase, or a single sentence. “I’m pro-life because God is,” for instance.
Or you can share a longer story if you like. I am always interested in the ways people become attuned to the abortion tragedy and to the efforts to stop it. I would love to hear how this played out in your life.
Would you take a few minutes to share that with me?
When you click here, you will find out how to do so.
Reading about others’ concern for our most innocent brothers and sisters – the children in the womb – is inspiring to all of us. And it may give us ideas about how to bring others into the pro-life movement.
Please act today, and please pass along this email to as many others you know who may be interested.
Thank you for being part of the Priests for Life Family!
Sincerely,
