Fight the abortion battle in Florida

2025 Elections

Florida’s runoff elections are underway, and the margins will be razor thin. In many of these local communities, a few dozen votes will decide who leads our cities, who sets policies for public safety, and who shapes the direction of our schools.

This is exactly where voter apathy becomes most dangerous.

When Christians stay home, we leave a vacuum that others are eager to fill. Our values, our influence, and our voice disappear the moment we choose not to participate. These elections may not make national headlines, but they impact our neighborhoods far more directly and immediately.

Local runoffs shape budgets, ordinances, community standards, and leadership: long after the national noise fades away. And in low-turnout elections like these, your presence at the polls sends a decisive message.

Below are the upcoming jurisdictions holding runoff elections:

12/09
• Hialeah
• Miami
• Miami Beach
• City of Orlando
• State Representative District 90 (Palm Beach County)

12/16
• City of Waldo (additional election)

If you live in any of these areas, make a plan to vote.

If you know someone who lives in these areas, reach out and remind them.

It takes only a small group of committed Christians to change the outcome of every one of these elections—and to shape the direction of their communities for years to come.

Let’s steward our influence well.

Let’s show up.

Let’s vote.  - Citizens Defending Freedom
