Fr. Frank attends 50th Anniversary Celebration of Southern Christian Leadership Conference in Atlanta

Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was the Founding President of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, and through this organization carried out his civil rights work. On Sunday, August 5, Fr. Frank Pavone joined Alveda King, other members of the King family, the current leadership of SCLC, and hundreds of civil right activists to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of this organization. Fr. Frank and Alveda are in dialog with the SCLC leadership about the fact that the vision of Dr. King for equal dignity and justice for every human life applies to unborn children.
