TITUSVILLE, FL - Priests for Life National Director Frank Pavone issued the following statement in response to Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito restoring mail and telehealth access to the abortion drug mifepristone for a one-week period.
“The arguments of the Fifth Circuit are very cogent and solid and I suspect the High Court will see that, too,” Pavone said. “At the same time, I have full confidence in current leadership at HHS and the FDA to carry out a thorough and objective study of mifepristone that in the end will reveal what we already know: It is a highly destructive drug.”
