Dozens of pro life supporters gathered in Chattanooga for the culmination of a weekend long freedom ride. Supporters made the trek from Knoxville to Chattanooga as part of a Pro-Life Freedom Ride. The ride ended at the National Memorial for the Unborn in Chattanooga, where organizers held a rally of remembrance that featured Dr. Alveda King, the niece of the Reverend Martin Luther King Junior.

Dr. King believes her uncle would have been a supporter of the pro life movement.  "If he were here today, non-violent man, would be on the side of the most oppressed, who are dying violent deaths in the wombs of their mothers."

"We in the pro-life movement, a movement that rejects abortion, do not reject those who have had abortions. Our message to them is come back to peace, we are on your side.", added Father Frank Pavone.

The National Memorial For the Unborn in Chattanooga is housed in a building that was formerly an abortion clinic.
