Current efforts in Montana
In 2024, Montana passed the Right to Abortion Initiative (CI-128 Ballot Issue #14). The Montana Family Foundation has filed a legal challenge.
Montanans for Life has been conducting educational events across the state. Robin Sertell has a regular column in a local newspaper aimed at educating voters. They have also opened the state's first Safe Haven Baby Box and are working to establish more boxes throughout the state. Additionally, they are developing an internship program for their lobbying arm and undergirding everything with prayer.
