Current Efforts in Nevada
Question 6 is Nevada’s extreme ballot initiative. Nevada has a two-step process to amend requiring the ballot measure pass two consecutive general elections by 50%+1. In 2024 the results were Yes: 64.36%; No: 35.64%. Nevada Right to Life spent approximately $230,000 to Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom’s $12 million plus. It will appear for its final ratification on the general ballot in 2026.
Nevada Right to Life is is leading a coalition of organizations and churches to fight Question 6 on the 2026 ballot.

They are also gearing up for a possible second anti-life ballot question that would make assisted suicide a constitutional right. This initiative can be filed as early as September of this year. It will require 141,503 verified voter signatures to achieve ballot status. It must pass in both 2026 and 2028.>
