Title: False Confidence: A Danger to Your Spiritual Life

Speaker: Fr. Frank Pavone
Date Recorded: 8/3/2026
Description
Not every reassuring message comes from God. Sometimes what sounds comforting can create false confidence and lead us away from repentance. In this Scripture reflection, Frank Pavone examines the confrontation between Jeremiah and the false prophet Hananiah. Hananiah promised peace and freedom, but Jeremiah warned that true prophecy must faithfully communicate God’s word—even when the message is difficult or unpopular. God welcomes every sinner, but He also calls every sinner to change. True spiritual confidence does not come from ignoring sin or presuming upon God’s forgiveness. It comes from trusting His mercy, obeying His word, and responding to His call to repentance. Beware of teachers who promise peace without conversion or comfort without truth. A faithful preacher reveals the seriousness of sin while pointing people toward the grace that can transform their lives. “You have raised false confidence in this people.” — Jeremiah 28 #ScriptureReflection #FalseConfidence #Jeremiah28 #Repentance #ChristianFaith #FrankPavone #PriestsForLife

Title: Why Does God Permit Bad Things to Happen to Good People?

Speaker: Fr. Frank Pavone
Date Recorded: 8/2/2026
Description
Why does God allow suffering, loss, persecution, and hardship in the lives of good people? In this Scripture reflection, Frank Pavone turns to Romans 8 and explains that no trial can separate us from the love of God. Although suffering is never easy, God can use it to free us from unhealthy attachments, deepen our dependence on Him, reset our priorities, and lead us toward holiness. We may lose possessions, relationships, reputation, health, or positions—but we do not lose Christ unless we reject Him. In every hardship, God remains our refuge, our foundation, and our source of peace. God permits trials not because He has abandoned us, but because He wants to draw us closer and make us saints. “For I am convinced that neither death, nor life… nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” — Romans 8:38–39 #ScriptureReflection #WhyDoesGodAllowSuffering #Romans8 #FaithInHardTimes #TrustGod #FrankPavone #PriestsForLife

Title: Who Was Right—The People or the Priests?

Speaker: Fr. Frank Pavone
Date Recorded: 8/1/2026
Description
The prophet Jeremiah faithfully proclaimed God’s word, even when the priests and prophets demanded his death. But the people recognized the truth and defended him. In today’s Scripture reflection, Frank Pavone explains that the Church is not limited to clergy, bishops, or religious leaders. The Church is the entire People of God, guided by the Holy Spirit and called to recognize, defend, and proclaim the truth. This lesson has important implications for activating the Church to end abortion. Every believer has a responsibility to know the faith, recognize false teaching, hold leaders accountable, and remain faithful to God’s word—even when religious authorities go astray. “You follow the shepherds as they proclaim the truth.” Join us for prayer and a powerful reflection from Jeremiah 26. #ScriptureReflection #Jeremiah #CatholicFaith #PeopleOfGod #EndAbortion #FrankPavone #PriestsForLife

Speaker: Fr. Frank Pavone
Date Recorded: 7/31/2026
Description
God commanded the prophet Jeremiah to speak everything He was given—and to “omit nothing.” In today’s Scripture reflection, Frank Pavone explains why Christians cannot pick and choose which teachings of the Gospel they will accept. Jesus Christ is the whole truth, and proclaiming that truth—even when it is difficult, unpopular, or inconvenient—is an act of love. Whether you are a parent, preacher, teacher, writer, broadcaster, or social media influencer, you are called to share the full counsel of God without fear. “Whatever I command you, tell them, and omit nothing.” — Jeremiah 26:2 Join us for prayer, Scripture, and encouragement to embrace and proclaim the totality of the faith. #ScriptureReflection #OmitNothing #WholeTruth #CatholicFaith #Gospel #FrankPavone #PriestsForLife
