Father Frank Pavone, National Director of Priests for Life, and Janet Morana, Executive Director, today joined Vice President Mike Pence and other national leaders in thanking President Trump for his many pro-life accomplishments during his first term in office.

“No president has ever done more to protect the lives of the unborn and to safeguard the health of their mothers,” Father Pavone said. “Our nation owes him a debt of gratitude, for seeing the confirmation of his three Supreme Court nominees and more than 230 federal judges; for taking away $60 million in Title X taxpayer dollars from the nation’s number one abortion seller; for halting the flow of a poison abortion ideology overseas, and so much more.”

President Trump’s accomplishments, both for the unborn and for all Americans, are detailed at the Priests for Life website

Mrs. Morana, who co-founded the Silent No More Awareness Campaign, noted that the president also has been a champion for religious freedom.

“President Trump has devoted his administration to upholding the Constitution of the United States, and all the liberties we are guaranteed in that document and its amendments,” she said. “It was during the first months of his tenure that he exempted faith-based ministries like Priests for Life from the outrageous mandate directing us to provide abortion-causing drugs and devices to our employees. So in thanking the president today, I am speaking as someone who has benefited personally from his policies.”

Vice President Pence will be leading an event today in Washington, D.C. to highlight the pro-life accomplishments of the Trump Administration.

Priests for Life (EndAbortion.US) is the world’s largest Catholic pro-life organization dedicated exclusively to ending abortion.
