In 2024 Nebraska defeated Initiative 439, Right to Abortion Initiative, that appeared on the ballot to amend the Constitution to allow more abortion, more easily, and later in pregnancy.
In 2024, Nebraska passed, Initiative 434, known as the "Protect Women and Children Initiative" or "Protect Women and Children Constitutional Amendment."
Priests for Life is joined with pro-life people throughout the state to defeat the pro-abortion initiative and win the pro-life initiative, by means of educational efforts, direct contact with voters, broadcasting, press releases, communication with Churches, prayer campaigns, and much more.
